My dog died in April

My dog was very sick. So we took her to a special animal hospital. Now she was there but I guess her spirit came to our house because I know when she gets off the couch so she could go out at night she shakes her head and tags jingle. Then she died and then I heard it again and it was gone. Was she given me a message that she will be all right?
