Jim dies?!

OMG everyone says Jim is going to die in the first 7 episodes!!!! NOOOOOO JIM!!! I know! If he dies it will be so different! Sure, maybe Melinda would find someone else I mean shes very pretty and nice but it would be nothing like Jim! I really don't think they're going to make him die I mean he's a very important character! And who would wanna quit a great show!! If they lost him they would loose half the fans! Maybe its just a trick! Because they probably wouldn't release the real script amongst us!

Jim can't die, Melinda needs him to keep her anchored. I hope Professor Payne isn't dead but only on sabatical (he is so fun) i can't picture the show without his signature cynacisim, if only in short encounters. Well, if Jim dies, here's a prediction: This show is going to pull a Jericho. So no season 5. Then again, they could find a way to replace or revive him, the same way they did with Andrea (replaced) and Melinda (revived).

I really hope he doesnt! He truly understands melinda and they are a perfect match. How many men do you think would be as understanding as he is? I mean melinda going out at all hours of the day and night talking to spirits and helping people the way she does. Professor Payne would only understand to a certain degree. He'd have a lot of problems with it. melinda and Jim are a perfect pair!

I lean toward the Prof. Payne Goes Bye-bye theory since he's got a new series that they are advertising to death. I sure will make sure my DVR is pre-programmed for the Oct. 3rd season premiere. but im sure that mel will find someone... a nice, sweet, funny, understanding, there for her and to be a good father to the mini mel or jim. i cant wait till she has it :p. they are casting two new regulars so one has to be her new man.

Does anyone remember the book and movie "Rosemary's Baby"? The idea of Mel's or Rosemary's baby being haunted would sure add some spice and some suspense 2 the show. And both Jim and Mel would have plenty to worry about. 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

If this is true, and this really happens...I will be even more angry than when they killed off her "best" friend. I seriously will NEVER watch this show again. I love this show, mostly because of the relationship of her with her husband. I hate the network attitude that true love and happiness equals the end! I hope that someone who can do something about this is watching our responses. The comment in EW that we will be satisfied in the end is lame. If Jim dies, I am gone.

Maybe he's tired of doing the show and wants off. You know how actors/actresses like to EXPAND their reportoire? Try new things, try to act in a different capacity than what they are doing now? Hope he DOESN"T die but then perhaps he will, but maybe he'll still be on the show as a permanent ghost able to help her more, but I don't know, that seems so cliche.

JIM CAN NEVA EVA EVA EVA DIE!!!!!!he is melindas rock and would do anything to make her happy they raley fight and they make the best couple the show would be sooooooo ruined if they killed jim off i dont think melinda would not be able to cope if he died and she had to see his spirit and melinda and pain would NOT make a good couple. and they have already killed andrea so whats the point of killing jim to i think it is soooo stupid 12 out of 13 found this valuable. I would cry, litterally cry if they were to kill Jim off!!!!! CRY!! I have been reading many different forums and looking around and I have read many different things:1. Jim is going to die 2. Jim is going to die then come back to life 3. Jim is simply in a coma 4. Jim dies and stays earthbound as a ghost 5. Jim will not die As you can see there are so many rumors flying around the internet that I dont know what to believe any more. Right now I am simply waiting for episode 7 (the episode that something is rumored to happen to jim) and see what happens. "JIM CAN NEVA EVA EVA EVA DIE!!!!!!I think whenever a show "kills off" one of its regular, core cast members, they should make sure to tell the press whether it was due to (a) contract dispute $$$$$$, or (b) actor wants to pursue other ventures, not just the episodic TV series or (c) it's just to be shocking, after all, GW is a supernatural show. 9 out of 10 found this valuable.
