You say you are a Christian by how long? if you just became one you are what is refered to as a baby Christian and you don't know all of God's word yet. However if you have been a Christian for a while then you should know there are no such things as Ghosts and God's word clearly states that several times. There are things called familure spirits which are actually demons that have been around humans who have died and can act like them talk like them and even sound like them, they can appear to other humans and often pretend to be someones dead mother, father brother or sister or anybody and often times they will tell lies especially to people who think they are contacting a dead relitive like Johnathan Edwards they will take truth and distort it these familure spirits are the fallen angels that fell with Lucifer/Satan. Anyone who had died has gone to hevan or to hell and they can never return to this life as a spirit or a ghost. Read the story in the bible when King Saul tries to bring back Samual there Samual clearly states the facts and he was the only such person ever to be brought back as a spirit other then Jesus.

"I work in a residential care home for the elderly, I work 12 hour nights. There are 4 of us on night duty at all times. When I start my shift at 8pm I go straight up to the bedrooms alone and get the rooms ready for the residents to go to bed. The other carers and qualified does the supper and tea and gives out the medication. On the left landing its always warm and bright and I haven't sensed anything out of the ordenery. But when I go to sort the rooms out on the right landing I always feel like I'm being watched. The bedroom windows on that side face out onto a cemetry{not good anyway}. But that doesnt bother me so much as when I go into two certain rooms I close the curtains and put the light on and turn down the bed. I've gone back to these rooms a few seperate times and the bed is always still as I left it but the light has been turned off and the curtains re-opened. I realy belive it to be a spirit as no-one was upstairs after me or before I went back to the rooms. I don't think the spirt is evil, I think that it just likes to play games. As the residents average age is between 65-100 and people pass over all the time it could be any number of spirits. Perhaps there are a few of them and they are all playing games

"Hey, Kinkybear, have you thought about putting a tape recorder and asking questions out loud, speaking to the spirits and see if they reply? What's that thing called EVP or whatever its called? You know, when you can get voices or other noises on the tape? Can't think of what its called. Mind is a blank right now. You are lucky to have such experiences. The only experiences I have is the heavy footsteps in my house. Someone or thing just walking through my house on its way to somewhere else. Never stays long enough to do anything but scare the crap out of me because I never know when its coming and the steps happen either when I'm all alone during the day, like downstairs in the basement or late, late at night when its burglar time. But there's no one there when I investigate. Or at least that is what I think. They could be hanging around, just don't make themselves known to us except for the footsteps. Let me know more about your experiences. They sound pretty interesting. Take care."
