But there's more to acting and storytelling than one's weight. No, this isn't an overweight person's protest. I am just surprised to find someone spending time criticizing JLH on a Ghost Whisperer website. BTW, I haven't noticed a big change in her wardrobe. In fact, tonight's new episode showed her and hubby getting dressed to go out strictly so we could see them NOT wearing their street clothes but wearing little beyond their birthday suits. Before GW, I always joked that Jennifer Loves Cleavage. After GW began, I saw an interview where JLH admitted that, as one of the show's producers, she makes sure there is plenty of eye candy for viewers. Obviously, Calico46, Camryn Mannheim isn't a leading lady, but she's not out of work, either. And they both do a fine job selling the Philosophy of GW--that there is an afterlife. It's not just a series about ghosts that go BOO in the night. It's about people's willingness to be open-minded about a subject that will probably always be debated--life after death. Of course, it won't be debated by most people who would rather comment on someone's weight than their acting or their philosophy on life and/or death. How about people ALL learning this corny old line? Minds and parachutes both work best when they are open."
